I lost my control panel logins or passwords. How to get those logins ?

Please open a helpdesk ticket at http://support.fastwebhost.com/hd with your full name, domain name and last 4 digits of Credit Card.

If you purchased through PayPal  then give us your PayPal email and last transaction # with us for verification.

After verification we will send logins to your email on file.

 

You should have updated and working email on file and helpdesk. We use billing email address as primary contact for all our official communication.
