I lost my domain manager password. I want password to change settings?

Please open a helpdesk ticket at http://support.fastwebhost.com with your full name, domain name and last 4 digits of Credit Card. If you purchased through paypal then give us your paypal email and last transaction # with us for verification. After verification we will send logins to your email on file. | |

after reading this articular (http://arstechnica.com/security/2014/01/how-i-lost-my-50000-twitter-username/) about how some one had their domain stolen (along with their twitter account) I am wondering if fastwebhost will add a feature to turn on some kind of 2 step authentication that will send a SMS message when such changes are requested and the owner must provided back some info that is sent via the SMS message.
And if it is offered how can one turn it on?
