My account is suspended and I can't login to billing ?

If your account is suspended due to outstanding dues, then you need to login to billing and clear all your pending invoices.

You can login to billing from

User name:

Your user name will be your primary email address with us. It's the email you used while signing up for FastWebHost services.

If your primary email address changed or you forgot which one you used, then you can open a help desk ticket at: with your new email address, last 4 digits of CC and full name. We will change your primary email and send you details.

Password: Type exact password

If you think your user name and password are not working then submit a helpdesk ticket at to get billing login information.

Once you have paid your dues in full, contact our billing staff and provide them your main domain name and we will verify and un-suspend/activate your account.
