How do I access my billing ?

You will need to login using your billing email, its the email you used to signup for FastWebHost hosting and/or domain services. Its also the email where you receive your billing invoices from us.

I have received an invoice for our domaine names Invoice #303521, the programmer John Oakley has only just passed this onto us, but I don't have the log on details name and password to pay the account. My apologies for the late response but I have only just found out. can you assist me with paying this account on time.

can someone please tell me why I have paid for my (old) website? I have now retired and have no wish to continue with my site. I believe that either you did not advise me that a payment was due- which I would have cancelled, or you did not receive my email requesting cancellation of my website. Either way will you please refund the monies taken from my account.
