How do I cancel my account ?

We hate to see people leave, however we understand your hosting needs may change over time.

To cancel your service you must do the following:

 1. Login to Billing Manager at:

 2. Select "Services" from your client area.

 3. Click "Active" for your domain which you want to cancel.

 4. On the following page you will see section called " Actions & Request Cancellation"

 5. Please fill in the form with why you're cancelling, any problems you had, or any suggestions for improvement. This information helps us in the future to improve our services.

Note: By Submitting this form you give us permission to terminate the plan. Please note that all data on the account will be terminated ASAP and unrecoverable after the submission of this cancellation form.

I am trying to cancel account and you have no record of us. We have been with ehostpros for a number of years. We have a new website and local hosting and we need to remove the site you have been hosting at as soon as possible. please give me a phone number where i can call someone about this?
