Is it possible to create mail accounts for parked/ addon domains?

Yes, it is possible to create mail accounts for parked/ addon domains. For this purpose log in your cPanel and go to Email Accounts.

Under "Add a new email account" you can specify all details about your new email account along with the domain it should go with.
