It is because your email address has reached disk space quota. Login to cPanel ==> Mail ==> Manage accounts ==> Increase the disk space for the email account which you are getting the mail box full error

Chances are that you have the checkbox in your mail account settings checked that indicates that you would like to leave a copy of your mail on the server. Please Uncheck this checkbox and click the 'Send/Receive' again
