All POP3 Email accounts setup have the option within the webmail interface (http://mail.yourdomain.com) to create Server Rules. Advanced users can setup custom rules using the Server Rules editor.

The majority of users want a simple way to Black List sepcific email addresses that have sent them spam or any other type of unwanted email. The webmail interface has a very simple way of doing this for you.

How to Black List a senders email address directly from an email:

    * Login to your webmail account (http://mail.yourdomain.com)
    * Find the message you want to black list the sender of and select the checkbox next to the message
    * You can select as many messages as you like by clicking the checkbox next to each one. Be cautious that you are not ticking an email from someone you do not want to black list.
    * Now from the dropdown box menu in the blue bar in the middle of the screen select "Black List Sender"
    * Click the OK button and a popup box will confirm that you have black listed the selected senders

If this is the first time you have setup any Server Rules such as black listings then also do the following:

    * Click Settings
    * Click Server Rules
    * Ensure the "Enable" checkbox is ticked at the top of the Server Rules page
    * Server Rules are now enabled on your account and you do not need to turn it on again

You have now successfully black listed an email address and that sender will always receive a rejection email when they try and send an email to you and no email will from them will get through to your mailbox.
