In case that you receive an error message in your mail client, which states "Retry time not reached at any host", it means that there was a previous attempt to deliver this mail to the certain address, which has failed with a temporary error and the mail server replied at the earliest time at which you will be able to try again. Allow some more time for the mail server to try to resend the message.
