How does FastWebHost provide customer support ?

We offer 24/7 customer support by Helpdesk, Live Online Chat, and Email.
Open a helpdesk ticket and we will answer as quickly as possible, usually within 15-20 minutes.

All our clients have been happy with our support; it's prompt, detailed, and thorough.

You can click on Live Chat image and chat with us anytime. If the chat icon says "Offline" it only means our visitor alert is off at that time, it does NOT mean we are actually "offline". You can still post a helpdesk ticket or send email to get speedy support.
