The MX records are a part of a domain name DNS zone. Therefore, in order to modify the MX records of your domain name, you must have access to the DNS zone. If the domain name is hosted by us, you can simply request MX record change by contacting our Support Team. In case that the domain name is not hosted by us, you must contact your DNS administrator in order to have this done for you.
