Can I have my domain name hosted with you and my email accounts with the same domain hosted elsewhere?

Yes, you can do that.

If you want to have your domain name and email accounts on different servers, please provide the Mx records to our support team at http://support.fastwebhost.com . So we can modify the Mx records for you.
