Yes, your users can change their email password from webmail. They should login to webmail at http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail.

After login to webmail they can change their password.

I have been unable to access this business account for 7 days now!! I have had the same password for some 15 years and suddenly it comes up with Enter Network Password and wont accept the password which is volante2812!

I have tried "lost password" but it obviously won't work as it sends this info to the account I cannot open! Also I have sent tickets asking for it to be sent to paulchat@iinet.net.au or volante1@paulchat.com which I can access.

Can you please arrange this urgently today.
