Can I change my hosting domain name to another domain?

Well, you can change your existing hosting plan domain name to some other domain name by purchasing "domain name change" option from http://www.fastwebhost.com/addon.html

We will charge $10 for changing the domain name.

i got a new domain. i dont have hosting for this domain..... But i want open the website www.wilrinaimport.com with my new domain...
